Customer Service – Your Questions Answered

How to Order

We only accept orders through our webshop. Simply add items to your shopping cart. When you go to checkout, you can change the number of items or remove them from your shopping cart. We will ask you to provide your delivery details and confirm your order. You do not need to pay at this point. We will check your order and send you an invoice via email.

Payment Method

Once you submit your order, we will check it and send you an email with our bank details so that you can do an Electronic Funds Transfer from the safety of your own banking app. We ONLY accept an EFT to our bank account. We regret that we DO NOT accept cash deposits, cheques, or credit card payments. Once you’ve made payment, please email proof of payment to us at megan[at] so that we can start packing your order. If you don’t pay for your order within 48 hours, we will canceled your order and place items back in stock.

Delivery Options

At present, we only deliver orders within South Africa.
The good news is that orders over R 1000 ship free! Once your order reaches this amount, the shopping cart will automatically update to reflect free shipping.

Door-to-door courier delivery: Courier Guy will ship your parcel to your door at a flat rate of R99. IMPORTANT: We send out parcels twice per week. When you place your order, we will send you an email to let you know on which date we will ship your parcel, as well as the waybill number so that you can track your parcel online. If you need your supplies urgently, please contact us to find out about the next delivery date before you place your order.

Loyalty Rewards Program

As a thank-you for every Rand that you spend at CreativeMe, you will be awarded loyalty points. You can also earn loyalty points by subscribing to our newsletter, on your birthday, or by leaving reviews on items you have purchased. Use your loyalty points to get a discount next time you place an order. You can check how many loyalty points you have earned by tapping the gift symbol on the bottom right-hand corner of the page.

Returns and Exchanges

We pack all outgoing orders securely to avoid damage or breakage and take great care to make sure that we pack your order correctly.
If you receive the wrong item or the item is faulty. we may ask you to return it. We may offer a replacement, a refund, or a voucher for our shop in return.
We strive to provide accurate item descriptions, dimensions, and images with all our products. Please check your order carefully before you commit to buy. Should you wish to return an item, please contact us within seven days of receiving your parcel. If you return an item, it must be returned via courier or insured mail, be in its original condition, and original packaging. We do not accept returned items damaged in transit.
We regret that you cannot return patterns, kits, and custom-made items.
